Man hacked to death in Dhaka

Bangla Press Desk: Assailants hacked a man to death in Dhaka’s Dakkhinkhan on Monday night.

The victim, Shajahan, 45, was a local cable TV and internet service provider.

The incident occurred at Taltola in the Nordapara area around 9pm.

Confirming the news, Dakkhinkhan police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) said the miscreants fled the scene after killing Shajahan.

“It is not yet known if the murder has any political link. We are investigating the matter,” the OC added.
