Newspaper Owners’ Association declares 5-day Eid break

Bangla Press Desk: The Newspaper Owners' Association of Bangladesh (NOAB) on Tuesday announced a five-day Eid-ul-Fitr holiday for journalists and other employees of newspapers beginning on 19 March.

Therefore, no newspapers will be published on 20-24 March, according to a statement signed by NOAB President AK Azad.This year, Eid-ul-Fitr will be observed on 20 or 21 March, depending on moon sighting.Source: daily Sun
