Registration of 6th grade students: Madrasa Board's urgent instructions
Bangla Press Desk: Bangladesh Madrasa Education Board has issued urgent instructions to download, print and correct incorrect information in the registration cards of students registered in class 6 in 2025 online.
In this, students, guardians and heads of institutions have been urged to collect the cards through the concerned madrasas and complete the necessary corrections.
In the urgent notification issued on Sunday (February 22), it is said that the concerned madrasas should log in to the board's e-SIF link (www.ebmeb.gov.bd) and select eReg–Registration Print–2025 from class 6 and click on the Continue button.
Then the registration card can be downloaded using the institution's EIIN and password.
At the same time, it has been asked to print the registration card from online and distribute it among the students with the seal and signature of the head of the institution at the designated place.
The notification further informed that in light of a memorandum dated April 24, 2025, the registration numbers of the students whose online birth registration numbers have not been entered have not been issued. After entering the birth registration number, their registration number will be issued and then the card can be downloaded and printed. In this case, no board fee will be applicable.
For reasonable corrections including the student's name, date of birth, photo, parents' names and gender in the registration card, they will have to log in with the institution's EIIN and password and apply by following the prescribed instructions. The board fee for correction is 300 taka, which will have to be paid through the Sonali Bank payment gateway by clicking on the payment option after submitting the application.
The board's instructions also state that the registration card can be downloaded from today and an application for correction of information can be made until March 25, 2026. If you fail to apply for correction within the prescribed time, you will have to apply through the name and age correction committee at a later time.
In addition, the notification mentions that the card can be printed multiple times by scanning the QR code on the registration card from the board's website without verifying it and the concerned institution. Source: daily Sun
