Bangla Press Desk: A Bangladesh Air Force training aircraft crashed into the campus of Milestone School and College in the capital’s Uttara area on Monday (21 July) shortly after 1:00 PM, triggering panic among students and parents.
The aircraft involved in the crash was an F-7 BGI training jet. During the incident, regular classes were in session at the school. The loud explosion and sudden crash caused immediate alarm among students, staff, and local residents. As news spread, anxious parents rushed to the school in search of their children, many visibly distressed.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the aircraft had taken off at 1:06 PM and met with the accident shortly afterwards. The cause of the crash has yet to be confirmed.
Videos purportedly showing the crash have circulated widely on social media, appearing to depict a training aircraft descending rapidly. However, the authenticity of these clips has not yet been verified.
