Two youths killed in C'nawabganj road accident

Bangla Press Desk:   Two youths were killed and another was injured in a road accident at Kendul area of Jhilim Union in Sadar upazila on Wednesday afternoon.

The deceased were identified as Mizanur Rahman, 21, son of Tajebur Rahman of Majhpara and Shihab Ali, 22, son of Kamal Hossain of Dhinagar village of Sadar upazila.

The accident took place when a motorcycle hit a roadside culvert as its rider lost control of the bike, leaving three bike riders injured seriously, said Sadar Model Police Station Officer-in-Charge Matiur Rahman.

Locals rescued the injured and took them to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital. Mizanur died on the way to the hospital while Shihab died later while undergoing treatment.
