US AL calls resistance for those creating anarchy in the country and abroad in name of elections

US  Awami League will not accept in any way that BNP and Jamaat-Shibir workers create anarchy at home and abroad centered on the national parliament election of Bangladesh. If necessary, they will respond appropriately to counter these anarchies. Speakers spoke at a peace rally held at the Diversity Plaza in Jackson Heights, New York on Saturday (July 22) US local time.

Awami League peace rally presided by President of the US Awami League Dr Siddiqur Rahman and jointly conducted by Haji Enam, Mohiuddin Dewan and Abdul Hasib Mamun. AL Leaders said that the Awami League will not take any action outside the constitution. According to the constitution, the next election of the National Assembly will be held on time.
The election will be held under the management of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. But if anarchy is created in the country and abroad in the name of this election, the people of Bangladesh and the leaders and workers of the Awami League in the United States will respond with teeth.

Speakers in the meeting said that some persons named Tareque Rahman’s tenant and BNP tried to misbehave and assault Narayanganj MP Shamim Osman who was visiting the US in Jackson Heights a few days ago. We express our strong condemnation and hatred for such activities of BNP namesakes. If the workers of BNP and Jamaat-Shibir attempt such activities abroad in the future, the leaders and activists of the United States Awami League will give a proper response.
President at the beginning of the meeting Siddiqur Rahman gave some instructions to the speakers and gave a brief speech. He said that this gathering is a gathering of solidarity with peace and development in Bangladesh. Not attacking anyone. Not biased towards any party. We will only call from the diaspora that elections will be held in the country according to the constitution. 18 crore people have the right to put someone in power. He mentioned that Sheikh Hasina’s government is needed again and again to continue the development and peace of the country.

Awami League leader Shamsuddin Azad, Nizam Chowdhury, Mojibur Rahman Mia, agriculturalist Ashrafuzzaman, Dr. Masudul Hasan, Sharif Kamrul Hira, Shahanara Rahman, Shahin Ajmal Hossain, Abdur Rahim Badsha, Golam Kibria, Khorshed Khondkar, Sakhawat Biswas, Jasad Leader Noore Alam Ziku, HeroicFreedom Fighter Maqbool Talukder, Lions Hasan Jilani, Mumtaz Shahnaz, Azizul Haque Khokon, Freedom Fighter Mujahidul Islam, Rahimuj jaman Sumon, Zehaul Haque Zehad, Sebul Debnath, Jewel Ahmed, Md. Sebul Mia, Durud Mia Ronel, Helal Mia and Wahiduzzaman Liton among spoked in the meeting. Heroic freedom fighter Golam Meraj Khan and other leaders were present at this time.
