Staff Reporter: Meet and Greet of the 38th Fobana conference will be held in Virginia, USA on Saturday (February 10) and in Dhaka on Saturday (February 24). The host organization of this year’s conference, the Bangladesh Association of Greater Washington DC, has organized a welcome meeting. Fobana Chairperson Mohammad Alamgir and Executive Secretary Abir Alamgir informed this information in a press release on February 2.
The 38th Fobana Conference will be held this year in Greater Washington DC on Labor Day weekend August 30-31 and September 1 at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, Virginia. This year’s conference is organized by Bangladesh Association of Greater Washington DC. The organizing organization and Fobana Executive Committee have already started preliminary work to make the conference a success. Meet and Greet program will be held in Virginia on Saturday, February 10th and in Dhaka on Saturday, February 24th to officially inform the details of all the plans for the preparation and organization of the conference. The Meet and Greet event in Virginia will be held at the Ballroom of Holiday Inn Express and the Meet and Greet event in Dhaka will be held at the Ballroom of Hotel Intercontinental. Fobana leaders from different states of the USA are going to Virginia to participate in the meeting and greeting (meet and greet) program in Virginia and at the same time several senior Fobana leaders including the host committee and executive committee are going to Dhaka to make the program in Dhaka successful. Some ministers, dignitaries, artists and various media personalities including chief executives of various sponsoring organizations.
