Bangla Press Desk: Artificial Intelligence (AI) is reshaping India’s job market, with an estimated 2.73 million new technology jobs expected to be created by 2028, Indian Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) Harsh Shringla has said.
Speaking at the national summit on “Engineering India’s Next Engineer” in Chennai on 4 August, Shringla said the projected growth would be fuelled by the rapid adoption of AI across industries.
He stressed the need for “upskilling and reskilling” to help workers remain relevant in a rapidly evolving job market.
He underscored the importance of preparing India’s workforce for the changing employment landscape by strengthening skills and adapting to emerging technologies.
