The role of oranges, the seasonal fruit of winter, is also very important, but many people do not know that even if you want to shed the fat of irregularities, you have to keep this fruit in your diet.

Nutritionists say that this fruit, which is low in calories and rich in vitamin C, has the ability to burn fat. A medium-sized orange contains 50 calories, 0.9 grams of protein, 16.2 grams of carbohydrates, 3.4 grams of fiber, 238 milligrams of potassium, about 17 milligrams of phosphorus, 61 milligrams of calcium, and 63.5 milligrams of vitamin C.

This fruit has a very high water content. About 87 percent of the whole fruit is water. Therefore, this fruit does not allow the body to dry out even in winter. Moreover, everyone tends to drink less water in winter. Oranges fill the lack of water. If the body does not get enough water to perform its necessary functions, it mixes water with salt and stores that salt and water inside the body. All physiological functions have to be performed with that stored water. As a result, the body swells. Oranges become an obstacle to the storage of that water. Since it does not allow water deficiency to develop, the body does not retain water unnecessarily. Therefore, it gets rid of swelling.

In addition, this fruit helps to keep the stomach full due to its high fiber content. Due to this, the tendency to eat the wrong food due to hunger can be reduced to a great extent. Oranges contain sufficient amount of vitamin C. Its presence protects the health of the skin. In addition, it helps to keep the body toned by repairing damaged tissues.

Regarding the role of oranges in losing fat, researchers at the American College of Nutrition found a water-soluble vitamin in the fruit. Which is especially useful in reducing obesity. This vitamin increases the body's glycemic control while burning fat. As a result, it does not take long to lose fat. So keep this sour-sweet fruit in your feet in winter to lose fat.
