This month creates an opportunity to achieve spiritual peace by keeping yourself away from the busyness and mental stress of the whole year. Therefore, it is important to reduce unnecessary busyness and spend more time on worship and self-criticism. According to experts, following some habits can make it easier to achieve mental peace during Ramadan.1. Control your social media usage

Many people spend a large part of their day on social media. It is good to reduce this time during Ramadan. If necessary, you can limit the use of accounts or apps for a few days. Spending that time in reciting the Quran, remembering Allah, and praying will help you stay calm.

2. Adjust your work schedule

If possible, your work schedule can be arranged keeping in mind the fasting and prayer times. Some changes can be made in time management by discussing it with your superiors at work. Many organizations reduce working hours during Ramadan, which is helpful for employees.

3. Take breaks even in the midst of busyness
