In the hot sun, blood circulation to the skin increases to control body temperature. As a result, the supply of blood and oxygen to the brain decreases and dizziness occurs. Again, many people experience dizziness and lightheadedness after entering a cold room from a hot room. Even if they are suffering from extreme heat, going to the office, court, kitchen - nothing can be excluded. Going out of the house for work cannot be stopped. Again, sweating increases discomfort in the summer. Some people have difficulty digesting food, while others suffer from headaches. Running the AC for a long time causes other problems. Some extra care needs to be taken to keep the body healthy during this time.

Doctors say that staying in the hot sun for a long time can cause dizziness, lightheadedness, nausea - and even breathing problems. Therefore, it is important to know what to do to keep the body cool during this time.

1. You should eat easily digestible food. Especially home-cooked food should be eaten. Keep green vegetables in your diet. Eat more vegetables like patol, jhin, which have a high water content. You can eat a little ghee in the first diet.

2. Drink coconut water in moderation.

3. After coming back from the sun, sit for a while and give your body temperature a little time to cool down. Then you can eat lemon and beetroot juice.

4. Yogurt is very useful to keep the body cool. Eat fruit smoothies with yogurt. Also, make yogurt ghee at home. Yogurt and chira for breakfast. After lunch, eat homemade sour yogurt. You can also eat rice with yogurt. However, avoid excess salt, salt and sour foods.

If you are thirsty, drink coconut water. It will fill the water deficiency in your body. It will remove the body from dehydration. Apart from this, you can eat watermelon juice. Beat the watermelon rind in a mixer and mix it with water and honey. Add a little ice to it and eat it. And cucumber juice is also beneficial.
