Developed a deep emotional bond with this house: Asif Nazrul
Bangla Press Desk: Former law adviser Asif Nazrul has shared an emotional message on social media about his official residence on Hare Road, which he is going to vacate.
In a Facebook post on Thursday, he wrote that he has developed a deep emotional bond with the residence.“When we first moved into this house on Hare Road, everyone felt sad. It’s such a big place that it didn’t feel intimate,” he said.
At first, Nazrul said, his children struggled the most to adjust after moving in, as they were separated from their friends on Fuller Road.
However, he added that he has now grown very attached to the house.
“In a couple of days, we will leave this house. I have a weakness for attachment. Now I see that I have become very attached to this house, particularly to the greenery, the sunlight and shade, the wings of kites, and the vast sky.”
He concluded, “Goodbye Hare Road.”
In addition to serving as the law adviser in the interim government, Asif Nazrul also held advisory roles in the Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment and the Ministry of Youth and Sports.Source: daily Sun
