Four More Die of Dengue in Bangladesh

Bangla Press Desk:  Four people died of dengue, and 1,558 new patients were hospitalised across the country in the 24 hours until 8:00 am on Sunday.

With the latest fatalities, the dengue death toll has risen to 117 in the country this year, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), reports UNB.

The new deaths were reported in Dhaka South City Corporation and Dhaka divisions.

Since January 1 this year, a total of 42,590 dengue patients have been admitted to hospitals across the country.

Of them, 39,479 have been discharged after recovery.
