Medical board formed to confirm Jisan's physical condition

Bangla Press Desk: A medical board has been formed to ascertain the actual physical condition of Shibir leader Zisan, who was recently expelled for his controversial activities in Comilla.
The Comilla Medical College Hospital authorities formed the medical board on Sunday (June 14) night. Acting director of the hospital, Dr. Md. Shahjahan, confirmed the matter.
The four-member board is headed by Dr. Helalur Rahman, professor and head of the Department of Medicine at Comilla Medical College Hospital.
The others on the board are - Head of the Department of Neurology, Dr. Md. Abdullah Al Hasan, Head of the Department of Psychiatry, Dr. Md. Shahedul Islam, and Associate Professor of the Department of Anesthesia, Dr. Mohammad Zahidur Rahman Majumder.
Dr. Md. Shahjahan said that Zisan is currently undergoing treatment at Comilla Medical College Hospital. A four-member board has been formed to ascertain his physical condition. A decision will be taken on Zisan's case after the board expresses its opinion on Monday. If he is healthy, he will be discharged. If he is sick, he will be given necessary treatment.
Meanwhile, it is alleged that the police are not allowing party leaders and activists to meet Shibir leader Jisan.
Comilla DB OC Shamsul Alam Shah said, Shibir leader Jisan is feigning illness. He will be taken to court once he is discharged from the hospital.
