Tarique Rahman sworn in as Bangladesh’s new Prime Minister

Bangla Press Desk: Tarique Rahman has been unanimously elected as the Leader of the House and Prime Minister by the Members of Parliament from the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP).

The parliamentary party meeting of BNP was held at 11:30 am after the MPs took oath as Members of Parliament.

The meeting was presided over by BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman.
