What message does the scene of Rashed Khan tearing up a newspaper during a live broadcast convey to us?

Bangla Press Desk :  Nasiruddin Patwary, Senior Joint Convener of the Jatiya Nagorik Party (NCP), has criticized Rashed Khan, a political assistant to the Prime Minister, for tearing up a newspaper during a Facebook live broadcast.
In a post on his verified Facebook page late Saturday night, he asked, "What message does the sight of a political assistant to the Prime Minister tearing up a newspaper convey to us?"

Nasiruddin Patwary stated that everyone has the right to protest if they disagree with a report published in a newspaper. If a report is inaccurate, one should refute it with evidence, submit a formal rebuttal, or, if necessary, seek legal recourse.
"However, the act of the Prime Minister’s political assistant, Rashed Khan, tearing up a copy of the daily *Amar Desh* during a Facebook live session is by no means an example of responsible political conduct." Criticizing Rashed Khan further, he added, "One may have differences of opinion with a newspaper, conflicts with its editor, or even strong objections to a specific report. Yet, from those entrusted with the responsibility of governing the state, we expect greater restraint, refined behavior, and an adherence to democratic values."
"It must be remembered that the media is not an adversary of the government, nor is the government above the media. Just as there is a right to criticize the media, there must also be the capacity to endure criticism of the government," the NCP leader added.

Nasiruddin Patwary remarked that the strength of the state does not lie in tearing up newspapers, but rather in the ability to respond to criticism published in the press with facts, logic, and truth. "We envisioned a Bangladesh where criticizing those in power is not considered a crime, where the freedom of journalists is not curtailed, and where those in state positions set an example of democratic culture through their conduct. I believe the Prime Minister’s Office needs to clarify its stance regarding this behavior by the Prime Minister’s political assistant. In a democracy, the foundation of political culture should be accountability, not the arrogance of power."
