Bangla Press Desk: Bangladesh has recorded seven more deaths of children with measles or measles-like symptoms across the country over the past 24 hours.
On Wednesday, the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) said two of them were confirmed to have measles, while the remaining five had symptoms consistent with the disease.
The daily health directorate bulletin said that since Mar 15, 56 people have died with confirmed cases of measles, while 268 others died after showcasing its symptoms.
The highest number of symptom-related deaths has been reported in Dhaka Division, at 125, followed by 76 in Rajshahi.
