The news suddenly began circulating in various Facebook groups and pages, with some users even creating fake photo cards using the names of mainstream media outlets to make the claim appear credible.
The false information spread quickly, causing concern and anxiety among music lovers and fans. Many people tried to verify the news by calling or messaging the artist.
After the rumours went viral, Hyder Husyn himself addressed the issue through a message on his Facebook page. He wrote, “By the infinite grace of Almighty Allah, I am alive and well. Thank you all for keeping me in your prayers.”
Speaking to the media, the artist said, “I have not been able to hang up the phone since evening. I’ve been receiving calls one after another. What a situation! But I am healthy and well.”
