Third phase of Class 11 admissions begins today

Bangla Press Desk: The third and final phase of the admission process for Class XI for the 2026-27 academic year begins today, Monday (November 2). This phase will continue until tomorrow, Tuesday (November 3). This schedule was announced in a notification issued yesterday, Sunday, by the Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee of Bangladesh.

The notification states that the results of the migration process—based on the preferences of students who confirmed their seats in the third phase—were published on Sunday at 8:00 PM. Selected students must complete their admission at their assigned colleges today and tomorrow.

This third phase of online admission for Class XI will be the final one. Therefore, students and their guardians are advised to complete the admission process within the stipulated timeframe.

According to the board's directives, students who had not applied previously, those who applied but were not selected for any college, those who were selected but failed to confirm their seats, or those who could not complete their admission within the designated time, are eligible to apply during this final phase.

When submitting applications, students must select a minimum of five and a maximum of ten colleges, taking into account the available vacant seats at each institution. Applicants should follow the guidelines provided on the Class XI admission website.

However, students who applied during the second phase but were not selected for any college are not required to pay the application fee of 220 BDT again for this final phase. They simply need to log in to the admission website and update their list of college preferences.

The notification further specifies that for applications under any quota, eligibility must be verified. Selected students must pay the confirmation fee and complete the admission process within the specified time. The board authorities will not be held responsible for any complications arising from errors made during the application or admission process.
