Gang-Affiliated undocumented immigrant arrested in New York
ICE arrested an illegal immigrant with gang
Staff Reporter: U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested an illegal immigrant with gang ties who was released from jail after assaulting a first responder in New York City.
"Bryan David Tasiguano Leon, a criminal illegal alien from Ecuador, was arrested by the NYPD on February 14 on suspicion of assault. Instead of being handed over to ICE, he was released from jail back onto America's streets. Leon entered the country illegally in 2022 and was released under the Biden administration," the Department of Homeland Security wrote on X.
"He was issued a final order of removal by a judge on February 27, 2025. He also has prior arrests for assault and family neglect.
It is common sense. Criminal illegal aliens should not be released back onto our streets," DHS added.
DHS said he is a member of the Latin Kings gang.
